Some facts you should know-
1. YOU NEED TO BE SAVED.
"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." (Romans3:23)
"...There is none righteous, no, not one." (Romans 3:10)
"...Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." (John 3:3)
2. YOU CANNOT SAVE YOURSELF.
"Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us..." (Titus 3:5)
"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." (Acts 4:12)
"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the GIFT of God: not of works, lest any man should boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9)
3. GOD HAS PROVIDED.
"For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God..." (1 Peter 3:18)
"But he (Jesus) was woulded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities..." (Isaiah 53:5)
"To whit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself..." (2 Cor. 5:19)
4. YOUR PART.
Believe:
"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thout shalt be saved. (Acts 16:31)
Repent:
"...Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish." (Luke 13:3)
Confess:
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." (Romans 10:9)
You must believe in your heart before you call on him. Now, in trusting Jesus you have eternal life. Next, you should publicly confess Him before men, and then present yourself for believers baptism by immersion as an act of obedience and identification with Christ.
